Our business was established in 1999 by John Cruise, a local attorney, real estate developer, and UI Law alum. For two decades residents and visitors to Iowa City have come to us for help in finding a rental they can afford or a commercial space that’s appropriate for their business. We also assist clients with buying and selling Real Estate.
